기판의 온도 상승, 유지 및 하강을 위하여 진공 챔버 내에 설치하여 사용합니다.
특히, RHP Infinity 모듈은 태양광 박막제조용 PECVD 장비에서 공정 투입 전 기판을 pre-heat하는 목적으로 주로 사용하고 그 과정에서
자사가 직접 개발한 DSP board와 Power control board가 장착된 온도 제어기로 안정적인 온도 프로파일과 온도 균일도를 구현합니다.
